The Detroit Dragons (“Organization,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of all members, guests, and participants. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you join or interact with our organization, including Discord servers, team applications, tournaments, and events.

Discord username and ID

Email address

Full name (for tournament registration or prizes)

Any other information you voluntarily provide when applying for teams or events

Gameplay statistics and match participation

Tournament participation and prize distribution records are typically retained for at least 3 years.

Discord or organizational membership information may be retained until a member leaves the Organization.
