Members are free to come and go as their schedules allow, with no formal contracts or obligations. While Community Teams operate on a volunteer basis, members may receive perks such as giveaways or exclusive opportunities within the organization. Their primary purpose is to foster connection, fun, and a sense of belonging within the Detroit Dragons organization.

These teams aim to achieve championship success while building careers for their players and elevating the organization to the professional esports stage.
